We bill simply and transparently. This policy covers our 14-day money-back guarantee, how to cancel, and how to request a refund.
01Overview
This Refund Policy explains how subscriptions to the KiteGuard platform are billed, how to cancel, and when you may be eligible for a refund. It applies to all plans offered by Codprez Softwares ("Codprez", "we", "us").
We want you to be confident in KiteGuard. Every new account begins with a 14-day Pro trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
02How Subscription Billing Works
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis — monthly in advance unless you have agreed to a different billing cycle. Each payment covers the upcoming billing period and is processed securely through our authorized payment provider.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period using your selected payment method, until you cancel. Prices are shown in US Dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
03Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings — there is no cancellation fee. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period;
- You retain access to paid features until that period ends;
- Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again;
- You may continue on a free tier or export your data before the period ends.
Cancelling stops future charges but does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period, except as described below.
04Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that initial charge and we will refund it in full.
Beyond the initial 14-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and may be granted in circumstances such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge;
- A billing error on our part;
- A prolonged service outage materially affecting your use, not caused by your own configuration.
The following are generally not eligible for a refund: renewal charges after the initial guarantee period, partial or unused time within a billing period after cancellation, and charges where the Service has been used in violation of our Terms.
05How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team at info@codprez.com from the email address associated with your account, and include:
- Your account or organization name;
- The date and amount of the charge;
- A brief reason for the request.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
